Property Description
Welcome to Easy Breeze Cottage, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in the Taft Mobile Home Villa, a friendly 55+ community in south Lincoln City. The open floor plan feels bright and easy to live in, with updated flooring throughout and a washer and dryer included. A carport keeps your car covered through coastal winters. With space rent of just $995 a month, this is an affordable way to own your piece of the Oregon Coast. Make your mark and make it your own, whether as a part-time getaway or a full-time home in a wonderful community. You can walk to everything the Historic Taft District has to offer. Grab dinner at The Pines Dine, a food truck village with a dozen vendors and indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy a bowl of chowder with Siletz Bay views at Mo's, or catch live music at Snug Harbor Bar & Grill, the oldest bar on the Oregon Coast. Rusty Truck Brewing and Pelican Brewing on Siletz Bay are close by for craft beer and sunset views. At the Lincoln City Glass Center you can watch artists blow glass floats and bowls, or take a class and make your own. The grocery store, art galleries, and the North Lincoln County Historical Museum are nearby too. Come see why Taft is one of the coast's best-kept secrets, and picture yourself living the easy breezy life!
